全自動(dòng)鉛酸廢水處理

斜板沉淀器主要適用于治理蓄電池、電鍍、機(jī)械等工業(yè)部門生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的混合廢水，它可有效地除去廢水中的各種重金屬離子及懸浮物等有害物質(zhì)，并對(duì)處理后的沉淀物進(jìn)行無害化處理，杜絕二次污染，處理后中水的鉛濃度≤0.1mg/m3指標(biāo)，可以回用。

全自動(dòng)鉛酸廢水處理在廢水中定量投加堿液，中和廢水中的硫酸，使PH值達(dá)到8-10，然后在水中投加聚凝劑，采用分散顆粒的淺層沉淀理論，采用多層、多格、斜板沉淀、污泥壓濾等先進(jìn)技術(shù)進(jìn)行處理，全過程采用PLC控制，PH值自動(dòng)檢測(cè)，自動(dòng)投藥，在線監(jiān)測(cè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)全流程的可視化操作。

The slope tube sedimentation unit is used for treatment of the mixed wastewater produced form the industry of battery making,electroplate or mechanical,it will effectively remove all kinds of poisonous matters like metal ion and suspended matters,the treated sediment will be harmless,without secondary pollution.The index of the treated water will be ≤0.1mg/ m3,which can be reused.

Put alkali liquid into the wastewater quantitatively for neutralization of the sulfuric acid inside the wastewater to reach the PH value of 8~10.And then add flocculation agent,using shallow layer sedimentation theory of dispersed particles,adopting advanced technology like multi-layer,multi-cell,slope tube sedimentation,sludge press filer.The whole process adopts PLC control,automatic PH valve detection,automatic dosing,online monitoring,and achieving visual operation for the entire process.
